SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Every AMAYANA piece is thoughtfully prepared and packaged by hand in our studio. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During high-volume periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details the moment your package embarks on its journey.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Transit Times

We proudly ship worldwide from the beautiful island of Tenerife (Canary Islands). Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch:

• Canary Islands (Local): 1 - 2 business days
• Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: 3 - 5 business days
• European Union (EU): 4 - 7 business days
• International (Rest of the World): 7 - 14 business days

*Please note that transit times may vary depending on local courier operations and customs processing in the destination country.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)

Our studio is located in the Canary Islands, which operates under a special tax zone outside the standard European Union VAT area. For orders shipping to Mainland Spain, the EU, and International destinations, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT upon arrival.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. AMAYANA cannot predict or cover these fees. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, you will receive an email containing a secure tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we entrust our deliveries to reliable shipping partners, unforeseen delays can occasionally happen. If your package is significantly delayed or you suspect it may be lost, please contact us at support@amayana.art. We will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
