1. Our Commitment to Craftsmanship

Because every AMAYANA piece is crafted in limited batches using delicate natural fibers and botanical dyeing processes, our garments possess unique characteristics. We want you to adore your purchase, but we also ask for your understanding regarding the fragile, living nature of our handcrafted collections.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with all original artisan tags and protective hygiene liners intact. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, or cosmetic marks will not be accepted.

3. Special Care for Plant-Dyed Garments

Due to the eco-friendly botanical dyes used in our pieces, natural color evolution can occur over time and with exposure to direct sunlight. Returns or exchanges will not be granted for normal fading or natural variations resulting from the unique botanical dyeing process, as these are features of authenticity rather than manufacturing defects.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please reach out to our client care team at support@amayana.art with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions and the designated return shipping address.

5. Shipping Costs & Final Sale Items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" or customized bespoke orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
